Fitzemeyer & Tocci is pleased to announce the updates to our associate’s program. These individuals were elected because they strongly represent F&T’s core values and have a history of upholding these values. As Associates, they will keep our culture strong, continue growing the firm, and help us select other key individuals for the Associate program.
Meg Olivastri – Associate
Meg Olivastri, Human Resources Manager, has been selected as Associate at Fitzemeyer & Tocci. With over 7 years of experience, Meg is constantly seeking out new ways to improve HR functions throughout the company. In her 3 years at F&T, Meg has been a valuable resource to the leadership team and the entire staff. She improves our benefits plans, onboarding and training processes, and continues to recruit the most qualified employees and co-ops.
Steve Southard, PE – Associate
Steve Southard, PE, Fire Protection/Plumbing Project Engineer, has also been selected as Associate. Steve has over 8 years of experience and is a licensed engineer in six states. He has developed an extensive and broad knowledge of fire protection and life safety skills by constantly continuing his education to stay current with the ever-changing trade. As a valued member of the team, Steve coordinates all aspects of fire protection and life safety in even the most challenging buildings.
Terry Boland, PE, LEED AP – Associate Principal
Terry Boland, PE, LEED AP, Lead Mechanical Project Engineer, has been selected as Associate Principal. In his 9+ years at Fitzemeyer & Tocci, Terry proved to be a valuable member of the team by consistently incorporating innovative ideas and resources into every design. Terry effectively leads the mechanical discipline and all its staff to exceed client expectations.
Matt Wheeler, PE, CxA, LEED AP – Principal
Matt Wheeler, PE, CxA, LEED AP, Commissioning Market Leader, has been selected as Principal. In his 6 years at Fitzemeyer & Tocci, Matt has been a valued member of the team as he ensures he leaves the owner and maintenance staff with an efficiently operating building that meets all required design criteria, and provides a high level of physical comfort to all its occupants and staff. He has grown the commissioning market significantly by building and maintaining strong client relationships, while managing projects from inception to project closeout.
Jason Butler, PE – Principal
Jason Butler, PE, Healthcare Market Leader, has been selected as Principal. In his 8+ years at the firm, he has proved to be a valuable member of the team because he understands all phases a project and the importance of client relationships. Jason serves as the primary contact to healthcare clients and effectively coordinates closely with the project team, both internally and externally. Jason develops a strong client relationship, ensuing that all client requests are met.
