- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Mechanical Engineering program
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in a consulting engineering firm
- Must have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and a general understanding of plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems, including electrical distribution, lighting and special systems.
- Must have the ability to utilize computer systems as a tool to manage projects. Must understand CAD operations.
- Must be capable of managing multiple projects and a project team.
- Must have developed the following skills: job knowledge, communications, leadership, planning, team work, decision making, judgement and problem solving.
