- Project Manager:

Candidate must be capable of working well with others, good communication skills (both written and verbal) and have developed the following skills; leadership, planning, team work, decision making, and problem solving. Candidate must have a general understanding of all mechanical and electrical systems, including plumbing, fire protection, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical distribution, fire alarm, lighting and special systems. The candidate will be responsible for insuring that the project, from original authorization through post-construction, meets all requirements of the client including preparation of studies, reports, construction documents, interdisciplinary coordination and construction administration. Experience with Excel and MS Office required. BSME or BSEE from accredited university preferred. Minimum of 8 years experience with a consulting engineering firm working on similar projects required.
