The Reliant Medical Group Facilities Replacement project involves the reorganization and redevelopment of 18+ existing program functions into nine new facility locations. The new facilities include a mixture of groundup construction, existing building renovation, and shell space fit-out. Included in the renovation portion of the work are several “big box” location conversions of original retail stores to outpatient medical clinics. The overall project builds over 400,000 sf of medical outpatient spaces.
