This exciting, fast-track project consolidated two existing locations (in Lexington and Billerica) into a single, Headquarters facility in Billerica for this fast-growing life science company. The 90,000 SF building included R&D labs, cleanroom, engineering and manufacturing spaces; in addition to new offices, conference rooms, fitness center and cafeteria. All new mechanical systems were provided for the laboratory and clean room areas, that required specific environmental conditions.
