The new Advanced Technologies Building serves as the campus hub for the HVAC and Electrical Technology programs. As the engineer on the project, F&T designed the mechanical and electrical systems to be exposed and thoughtfully located to make the building a learning tool. The laboratory spaces are located both inside and outside the building to replicate real world situations.
