On behalf of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA), Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided full commissioning services for the construction of a new 240,204 square-foot high school designed to serve 1,250 students. The $163 million facility was constructed on the site of the existing school and was designed to support next-generation learning environments.
The high school featured dedicated STEAM project spaces, a media center, and community-use areas, reflecting a modern approach to collaborative and interdisciplinary education. This project is pursuing LEED certification, emphasizing sustainability, energy efficiency, and long-term operational performance.
F&T’s commissioning services ensured that all building systems operated as intended, delivering value through enhanced system performance, reduced operational costs, and alignment with the school’s educational and environmental goals.
