Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided commissioning services for the $77.5 million construction of the new three-story Northbridge Elementary School—one of the largest elementary schools in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The project consolidated two aging elementary schools into a single, modern facility serving grades Pre-K through 5.

The school was awarded LEED v4 Silver Certification for its commitment to sustainable design and energy efficiency. F&T commissioned a range of high-performance systems, including high-efficiency displacement ventilation, a high-performance thermal envelope, exterior solar shading, daylight-harvesting lighting controls, and a solar-ready roof—ensuring all systems operated as intended to maximize energy performance and occupant comfort.
