We provided MEP and envelope commissioning agent services for 260,000 sf of residential and multi-purpose support spaces including 192 beds within 6 neighborhoods and a central community center. Site buildings include an adult daycare facility, homeless shelter, bus garage and storage shed. Systems to be commissioned include boilers, chillers, air handling units, unitary heating and cooling equipment and plumbing and electrical systems.
