Fitzemeyer & Tocci is providing commissioning services were provided for the design/build of the 300 bed dormitory to replace outdated and inadequate existing dormitories. The wings converge on central knuckle which contain common and support spaces. Systems commissioned included boilers, energy recovery units, variable refrigerant volume system, split air conditioning units, exhuast fans, unitary heating equipment, automatic lighting controls, emergency power systems, domestic water and sewage ejection systems.
