Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided full commissioning services for the new three-story, 67,000 square-foot College of Engineering, Technology and Aeronautics (CETA) building at Southern New Hampshire University. The facility includes classrooms, conference rooms, laboratories, and collaborative common areas to support a wide range of academic programming in engineering and technology.
The building was designed and constructed to meet LEED Silver certification standards, incorporating fundamental commissioning, enhanced commissioning, and monitoring-based commissioning to ensure system performance and energy efficiency.
F&T began its work during the design phase and remained involved through the construction, occupancy, and warranty periods—verifying that all building systems functioned as intended to support long-term operational success. Now home to SNHU’s on-campus CETA programs, the facility plays a key role in preparing students for in-demand careers in STEM fields.
