The new fire station incorporates best-in-class health and safety features, including the separation of living quarters from apparatus bays, positive pressure ventilation in living spaces to prevent carcinogen infiltration, and a dedicated gear storage area isolated from vehicle emissions. A full decontamination zone supports firefighter safety after responding to fires or hazardous incidents, while a modern gym promotes health and fitness.
F&T’s commissioning scope covers all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring they are installed, tested, and fully operational to meet design intent and performance requirements.
