St. Joseph Hospital built and renovated several buildings including renovating an entirely new 25,000 sq ft emergency department, diagnostic imaging suite, and breast cancer and surgery unit, building a new two-level parking garage, a new 78,000 sq ft ambulatory care facility, and a new chilled water plant capable of supporting the entire campus. Fitzemeyer & Tocci designed upgrades to the existing infrastructure, including air handling units, chilled water plant, medical gas and vacuum source equipment, fire pump and generator, and plumbing systems to accommodate the additions and the new facility.
