Julie Dam – Project Manager 2
Julie began her journey in the Electrical Department, where she developed a strong technical foundation. Julie has evolved into a thoughtful, well-rounded project manager. Her promotion reflects her commitment to team collaboration, client satisfaction, and her ability to lead with insight and integrity.
Zack Ferchack – Project Manager 2
Zack made F&T history as our first-ever Project Management co-op, and now, he becomes the first co-op-to-full-time hire to reach the PM2 level. Zack’s journey is an inspiring example of growth and dedication.Â
Logan Cabral – Senior Electrical Designer 1Â
Logan has consistently delivered high-quality design work and contributed meaningfully to our electrical team’s success. This promotion recognizes both his technical development and leadership potential.Â
Anthony Chan – Electrical Project Leader 1Â
Anthony brings a high level of expertise and ownership to every assignment. He’s demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, balancing project delivery with mentorship to junior staff. He has also recently obtained his EIT licensure! His promotion reflects his readiness to lead complex electrical projects with confidence and precision.Â
Liam Mone – Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Designer 1Â
Liam’s dedication to refining his design craft and proactively addressing design challenges has stood out over the past year. His new role reflects his ability to handle greater technical responsibility and contribute at a higher level.Â
Carla Reyes – Senior Mechanical Designer 2Â
Carla is recognized for her sharp technical skills and steady contributions to the mechanical team. She continually advances her standards for design and collaboration, and this promotion is a reflection of her continued growth and reliability.Â
Aaron Valentine – Mechanical Project Leader 4Â
