Andrew Philp, Project Manager
We’re pleased to introduce Andrew Philp, a results-driven Project Manager with extensive experience in HVAC piping, ductwork, plumbing, and process systems. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Texas Tech University, bringing both technical expertise and strategic insight to every project he leads.
Andrew has successfully managed multimillion-dollar construction and remodel projects, skillfully overseeing all phases—from bid and buy-out to close-out and turnover. He is highly skilled in risk mitigation, material procurement, and scope management, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently.
With a sharp focus on cost analysis, contract documentation, and team coordination, Andrew consistently delivers projects on time and within budget. His commitment to high-quality work and his ability to build strong relationships with clients, owners, and stakeholders make him a trusted leader on any job.

Scott Davidson, Sr. Commissioning Project Manager
Join us in welcoming Scott Davidson to the team, a seasoned commissioning professional with over 20 years of experience in commissioning, project management, and building automation systems. Scott holds a Master of Science in Facilities Management and brings deep expertise in energy management, de-carbonization, and retro-commissioning.
Throughout his career, Scott has led impactful projects across both educational and private sectors, implementing energy-saving strategies, managing complex construction and renovation projects, and optimizing building system performance. His leadership roles as Director of Facilities and Facilities Manager give him a unique, owner-centric perspective that allows him to deliver practical, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
Scott’s work is grounded in a strong technical foundation, with a comprehensive understanding of HVAC design, ASHRAE standards, and mechanical systems. His goal is to ensure every building he commissions operate efficiently, reduces energy consumption, and provides optimal comfort for occupants and staff.
With Scott’s expertise, our clients can be confident in achieving high-performance buildings that meet both their operational and sustainability goals.

Sam Howard, Business Development Representative
We’re excited to welcome Sam Howard as our newest Business Development Representative. In this role, Sam will be focused on cultivating impactful relationships with clients and partners across all our key markets—healthcare, science & technology, and academic sectors.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Sam has over six years of experience in sales and business development. His proven track record of fostering strong client partnerships and driving successful outcomes aligns perfectly with our mission of delivering exceptional value through every project.
Sam’s top priority is ensuring our clients achieve their goals, and we’re confident his energy and expertise will be a tremendous asset to our growing team.
