Andrew Branchina, Marketing & Business Development Assistant
As the Marketing and Business Development Assistant, Andrew supports the marketing and business development efforts for F&T. As a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and is a member of the American Marketing Association. He has experience in sales, marketing, graphic design, and customer service. Andrew will work closely with the Marketing & Business Development Manager to execute marketing and BD.
Maria Torre, Fire Protection Design Engineer Maria is a fire protection design engineer with over 4 years of experience. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Maria is an active PennState Alumni and was a presenter for the PennState Global Alumni Workshop in 2021. Maria will be a great help to the Fire Protection team where she can bring her experience in fire protection & plumbing system design to the group.
Michael Pang, Sr. Electrical Specialist
Michael is an electrical engineer with over 20 years of building systems design experience. Mike leads teams through all aspects of integrated electrical solutions from concept and detailed design to construction documents, specifications, and safety standards. Michael has extensive experience with both new build and renovation projects. He is noted for his expertise in seamlessly integrating the complex design of electrical, fire alarm, and other MEP systems while maintaining the integrity and elegance of the architect’s design.
Patrick Huston, Energy Engineer
Patrick focuses on the day-to-day execution of the commissioning and engineering process. In his role as Energy Engineer, his involvement begins very early in the construction process and is pivotal in ensuring that equipment and systems are operating according to the design and that they meet the owner’s expectations. Patrick graduated from the Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's in Construction Management and holds a Construction Manager-in-Training Certification.
Peter DiPerna, Sr. Mechanical Specialist
Peter has a diverse project-based background that includes lead mechanical engineering and quality control. With a strong understanding of a client’s needs, Peter develops the engineering conceptual design and acts as a resource to the team. As the technical Mechanical Engineering specialist, Peter’s main objective is to consistently incorporate innovative resources into every design that exceeds the client’s expectations.
