As Mechanical Design Engineer, Ryan consistently represents our core values of respectful, resourceful, and reliable. He is respectful to all his co-workers and is a professional representative of F&T while on site. Both internal and external team members enjoy working with him.
Ryan is always looking for new and efficient ways for F&T to improve and excel. He has been leading the way in the HVAC BIM initiative and is currently been pushing forward with improving our calculation methods and getting the most out of our internal tools. He’s a go-to resource for his peers with any Revit questions/issues.
Ryan is always there to give a hand and help on a job. He is dedicated to his work, making sure each deliverable has been designed appropriately and a clean product. The work ethic Ryan has at such a young age is something to admire and for other engineers to look up to.
