Waltham High School Commissioning – Waltham, MA

F&T completed commissioning activities at the newly constructed Waltham High School in Waltham, MA. The new $298.9 million, 414,854 square foot high school attained LEED Silver Certification. F&T took part in design reviews and commissioned the new HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Low-voltage, Life Safety, and Building Automation and Control Systems. All systems are functioning as expected and a warranty visit will be conducted in summer 2025.
