Fitzemeyer & Tocci is currently providing construction management and permitting services for Zoll Medical Corporation’s office renovation project in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
The 20,000-sf corporate office renovation includes design/build MEP trades, finishes, folding partition, millwork, solid surfacing, systems furniture, and A/V. The project is scheduled to be completed in early October. We also recently completed the design & construction of a new upgraded break area serving the production line.
