Fitzemeyer & Tocci collaborated with Boston University on a series of phased laboratory upgrades across multiple departments, including Earth & Environment, Astronomy, Optics, and Geology. These projects aimed to modernize research facilities and enhance the university’s capacity for advanced scientific inquiry.
Each phase required close coordination with university researchers, departmental stakeholders, and specialized equipment vendors to ensure all environmental, infrastructure, and technical requirements were fully met. F&T provided comprehensive MEP/FP engineering services, tailoring system designs to support sensitive instrumentation, precise environmental controls, and long-term operational flexibility.
By aligning engineering solutions with the evolving needs of each department, Fitzemeyer & Tocci played a key role in advancing BU’s mission to provide cutting-edge research environments that foster innovation and discovery.
