This 160,000 square-foot high school was designed to support modern education through the integration of new classrooms, flexible learning environments, administrative offices, and a variety of support spaces. The project earned LEED Gold Certification, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and occupant well-being.
A key highlight of the facility is its state-of-the-art auditorium, which features advanced audio/visual integration and specialty lighting systems to support a wide range of performances and events.
From a mechanical standpoint, the school was engineered with high-performance systems, including displacement ventilation served by centrally located energy recovery units. This design strategy maximized energy efficiency while promoting superior indoor air quality and thermal comfort throughout the building.
Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided full MEP/FP engineering services to help deliver a sustainable, flexible, and future-ready learning environment tailored to the evolving needs of students and educators.
