F&T provided comprehensive MEP/FP design services for the renovation of classroom and office spaces at South Shore Public Charter School in Norwell, MA. The project transformed the school’s facilities, including four classrooms, seven offices, a calming room, and a computer room, creating a more functional and modern learning environment.

Our HVAC design services focused on extending and modifying the existing heating, cooling, ventilation, exhaust, and building control systems to seamlessly support the renovated spaces. Additionally, F&T provided expert design solutions for the reconfiguration of the NFPA-13 fire sprinkler system, as well as upgrades to the normal and emergency power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and raceway support systems.

Through these enhancements, F&T helped create a safer, more efficient, and comfortable environment for students and staff, ensuring the school’s facilities meet modern educational and operational needs.
