This exciting project was a complete renovation and addition to the University’s original 1972 Paul Rudolph cast-in-place concrete, 5-story (155,000 square-foot) library structure. F&T provided full MEP/FP services to centralize the HVAC system for significantly increased efficiency, controllability and maintainability. The project received LEED Gold certification.
