The Success Studio at WPI acts as the central hub to students, helping them to thrive through academic advising, academic support, students accessibility services, resources, and workshops. Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided MEP/FP engineering manpower and services for upgrades to the space in Beatty Hall, which included the removal of ten unit ventilators in classrooms, capping steam and chilled water pipes for future use, and reconfiguration of ducted Fan Coil units. The project included HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection upgrades to for the overall space including classrooms, break out rooms, reception areas, hallways, and workshops.
