Williams College selected Centerline Architects and F&T to provide design and construction services on its first dormitory in over 40 years. The 25,000 square-foot building includes three, two-story wings and obtained LEED Gold Certification and an incredible Energy-Use-Intensity level of less than 25 kBtu/SF/year.
