Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided full HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical engineering design services for the construction of a new three-story outpatient medical building that provides Dermatology, Family Medicine, Functional Restoration Program and a Sleep Disorders Center. Included in this effort was energy analysis of multiple building systems for optimal energy efficiency.
