The facility was designed to support a wide range of healthcare services tailored to the needs of veterans, including primary care exam and treatment rooms, mental health services, tele-medicine suites, wellness areas, community assembly and dining spaces, and associated administrative, waiting, and support functions.
The project was delivered under the VA’s developer-led design, build, and operate lease-back program. F&T’s engineering solutions emphasized performance, flexibility, and long-term reliability—ensuring the new facility provides a modern, welcoming, and efficient environment for veteran care.
