Fitzemeyer & Tocci was honored to provide MEP/FP engineering services for Dartmouth Cancer Center’s newly opened Radiation Oncology facility in Manchester, NH - a major expansion bringing advanced cancer care closer to home for Southern New Hampshire patients.

This cutting-edge facility features state-of-the-art linear accelerator technology, designed to deliver high-precision radiation therapy in a patient-centered environment. The project supports Dartmouth Health’s mission to provide integrated, accessible oncology care across its regional network, enhancing patient convenience and clinical outcomes.

F&T collaborated closely with Dartmouth Health, Wise Construction and Lavallee Brensinger Architects to deliver specialized infrastructure systems that meet the complex environmental, safety, and operational requirements of radiation oncology. Our design focused on providing new infrastructure and replacing existing infrastructure to serve the addition. Equipment precision, shielding coordination, energy efficiency, and system reliability were paramount, ensuring safe, consistent performance in a highly regulated care setting.

We were proud to join Dartmouth Health and project partners at the June 2025 ribbon cutting, celebrating the opening of this milestone facility that will improve the lives of cancer patients and families across the region.
