Respectful:
Chad is respectful of both internal and external deadlines as well as responding to any communication in a timely manner. He is willing to work within a team both collaboratively and independently as the needs arise and always asks what the appropriate action might be when he is unsure. When questions arise, he is focused on solving the issues at hand in ways that will both benefit the client and fit within the project budget.
Reliable:
When working towards meeting project milestones and client requests, Chad is reliable in meeting deadlines. When issues arise, he is quick to point out solutions or request additional information needed to keep projects moving forward and get the job done. He is quick to check in on outstanding items and can be trusted with tracking his own project needs with little oversight.
Resourceful:
If there is ever anything asked of him, Chad always responds in some form whether it be with the answer to the question asked or where that information might best be found. Even when working remotely, Chad is always connected and making sure that there is a constant stream of communication between himself and members of the project team.
