IT Manager

With four months at Fitzemeyer & Tocci and more than fifteen years of experience in information technology, Rob Brown has quickly become a valuable resource in supporting the firm’s evolving technology infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives. As an experienced IT professional, Rob brings a hands-on leadership approach, combining deep technical expertise with a strong commitment to security, operational excellence, and user support across complex technology environments. 

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Rob has extensive experience managing Microsoft 365 ecosystems, identity and access management, endpoint administration, and enterprise IT operations. Throughout his career, he has successfully supported global hybrid workforces, overseen large-scale endpoint environments, and implemented secure, scalable technology solutions that align with organizational objectives. His expertise includes Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID (Azure AD), cybersecurity, process automation, IT governance, and technology adoption strategies. 

Prior to joining Fitzemeyer & Tocci, Rob served as IT Manager and Head of IT & DevOps at Titan.ium Platform, where he led technology operations for a worldwide workforce, managed approximately 1,700 endpoints, and drove initiatives focused on security, operational efficiency, and user experience. He also played a key role in evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies, establishing governance frameworks and training programs to help organizations responsibly adopt tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI-enabled platforms. Through his extensive experience in IT leadership, systems integration, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement, Rob continues to strengthen Fitzemeyer & Tocci’s technology capabilities while supporting employees with reliable, secure, and forward-thinking solutions.

Q&A

Can you share a brief overview of what you do at the company? 

I am the IT Manager and I’m currently working on the team leading AI rollout at F&T as well as identifying the places where we can automate processes.

What are some of the most rewarding aspects of your job? 

Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to have mentors who have had a lasting impact on my professional growth. I’ve always enjoyed sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and F&T’s robust co-op program provides a great opportunity to give back by helping mentor and develop the next generation of engineers. 

What do you enjoy to do outside of work? 

I am a thrill seeker and lover of ridiculous activities.  I love to snowboard and downhill mountain bike. I play and ref Inner Tube Water Polo and do obstacle course races while trying to convince myself I’m having fun. I’m also known as the grill master amongst my friends and family.
