Luther Thevenin . Sr. Plumbing & Fire Protection Project Leader

We are pleased to welcome Luther Thevenin to F&T as our new Senior Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer. Luther brings more than 25 years of experience designing and managing plumbing and fire protection systems for a wide range of project types, including healthcare, higher education, laboratories, hospitality, residential, and commercial facilities. 

Throughout his career, Luther has led complex projects from design through construction, developing expertise in plumbing, fire protection, medical gas, and laboratory gas systems. He is a Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) professional, currently pursuing his PE license, and serves as President of the Boston Chapter of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE). 

Luther was inspired to pursue engineering by his father and uncles, who were engineers themselves. Growing up, he enjoyed listening to their conversations and debates about engineering concepts, and that passion carried on to the next generation. Luther and his two brothers all became engineers, and today they continue many of the same discussions that first sparked his interest in the profession. With his son currently studying structural engineering, engineering remains an important part of his family’s legacy and a continuing source of inspiration. 

Outside of work, Luther enjoys traveling and finding opportunities to unwind and recharge. He plays golf, participates in poker tournaments, and incorporates meditation into his routine to maintain balance and focus.

Michael (Mike) Tetrault - Mechanical Group Leader

We’re excited to welcome Michael Tetrault to F&T as a Mechanical Group Leader. Michael brings more than 14 years of mechanical engineering experience, having spent over a decade with RDK Engineers before most recently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Fuss & O'Neill. 

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Michael brings strong technical expertise and a proven track record of delivering innovative building systems solutions. We look forward to the experience and insight he will bring to our team and clients. 

Michael was drawn to engineering by a lifelong curiosity about how things work. After taking an engineering course in high school, he discovered a passion for the field and knew it was a path he wanted to pursue. That early interest has continued throughout his career and remains a driving force behind his work today. 

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with family and traveling. He is a dedicated Boston sports fan and attends most Patriots home games as a season ticket holder, and he also enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and camping.

Joshua Konadu - Plumbing & Fire Protection Designer

We’re excited to welcome Joshua Konadu to F&T as a Plumbing & Fire Protection Designer. Joshua brings a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, along with hands-on experience in engineering design, research, and technical problem-solving gained through academic and professional projects. 

Through his work at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Joshua has developed skills in design, analysis, collaboration, and innovative engineering solutions. We look forward to the energy, creativity, and fresh perspective he will bring to our team. 

Joshua was drawn to engineering by the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines and make a tangible impact on the world around us. He appreciates how engineers work together to design the systems that power and support the buildings we use every day, from electrical and plumbing systems to HVAC and construction services. 

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends. He plays the drums, enjoys cooking with his family, and exercises regularly while making time to connect with friends.
