Q&A

Tim, his wife, and their child

What inspired you to join our team, and what has been your journey so far?

I joined F&T directly out of college because I appreciated the small company feel with leadership built around a strong set of core values. Being able to grow alongside the company from Electrical Designer to Electrical Engineering Manager has been very rewarding and I have felt that my opinions and expertise were valued at every stage of my career thus far.

What are some of the most rewarding aspects of your job?

What I find most rewarding about my position is being able to help those I oversee grow and achieve their career goals. Having a great engineering staff that always strives to improve not only themselves but those around them makes the technical side of our profession easier.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy golfing, ice fishing, and spending time with my wife, daughter, and two huskies. My wife and I are expecting our second daughter this coming January.
