Matt has proven himself as an essential part of F&T's growth success, particularly in the development of our Science & Technology market and now with his oversight of our project manager group. Terence Boland, PE, Principal
Promotion: Director of Mechanical Engineering
F&T is proud to announce the promotion of Terry Boland to Director of Mechanical Engineering. In this role, Terry is accountable for operations of the engineering discipline including financial performance and planning; client relationships; technical leadership through thought leadership and complex problem solving; and the overall project delivery methodology (standards, quality, tools, templates, etc.) for the practice area. As Mechanical Engineering Director, Terry will inherit accountability for the Plumbing and Fire Protection Departments along with his current responsibilities for the HVAC Department.
