Fitzemeyer & Tocci was proud to join project partners, community leaders, and local officials this week to celebrate the ribbon cutting for the Village on Technology Hill in Londonderry, NH. This milestone marks an exciting step forward for the transformative mixed-use development, which will bring new housing, employment opportunities, and community amenities together in a thoughtfully planned live-work environment.

Â
F&T provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering services for the development, which will ultimately include more than 440 apartment units across nine residential buildings, in addition to a Childcare facility, Retail and two (2) Commercial Buildings. Designed to support a growing workforce while fostering a strong sense of community, the development also features shared green spaces, walking paths, recreational amenities, and an on-site childcare center that will further enhance the quality of life for residents.
Â
Our team worked closely with the owner, architect, and project partners, like TF Moran and North Branch Construction, to design coordinated building systems that prioritize occupant comfort, energy efficiency, life safety, and long-term operational performance. From HVAC and domestic water distribution to electrical infrastructure and fire protection systems, every element was carefully integrated to support reliable, high-performing buildings.
Â
The Village on Technology Hill represents an innovative approach to community development by combining residential, commercial, and employment spaces into a connected neighborhood that supports both businesses and the people who work there. We are honored to have contributed to a project that will help address the region’s growing housing needs while creating a vibrant place for residents to live, work, and thrive.
Â
Congratulations to North Branch Construction, Stone River Architects, TF Moran, Inc., and everyone involved in bringing this vision to life. We were honored to celebrate this exciting milestone alongside the project team and look forward to seeing the Village on Technology Hill continue to grow.
