Work continues to progress on the HVAC upgrades at the Plymouth Police Department Headquarters in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided mechanical and electrical engineering design services for the complete replacement of the building’s aging heating and cooling equipment to improve comfort, reliability, and overall system performance.
A major milestone was recently reached with the installation of the new air handling unit. The upgraded system, along with a new condensing unit, provides increased cooling capacity to better support the facility during warmer weather and changing operational demands.
The HVAC improvements are part of a broader effort to modernize building systems throughout the approximately 29,000-square-foot police headquarters. Once complete, the upgrades will help provide a more efficient and comfortable environment for officers, staff, and visitors while supporting the facility’s long-term operational needs.
F&T is proud to support the Town of Plymouth as construction advances toward completion.
