Darab Fadavi, Life Safety & Code Consultant
Darab recently joined F&T’s Client Service Group as Life Safety and Code Consulting Service Leader. He brings over 10 years of experience as a Fire Protection & Plumbing Engineer. Darab has his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Master's in Fire Protection Engineering from WPI. He is a member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE), and the National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA).
Fun Fact: I am passionate about dog training, fishing, and anything outdoors. My family also races homing pigeons.
Beth Grande, Sr. Proposal Coordinator
Beth recently joined F&T’s marketing team as Sr. Proposal Coordinator. She brings over 10 years of experience in engineering-specific marketing, administration, and proposal coordination. Beth has her Bachelor of Science in Business Education/Office Administration from Suffolk University. In her role, she will support the firm's marketing and business development efforts with a specific focus on proposal development.
Fun Fact: Beth enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs and summer days at the beach.
Anudeep Kanala, VDC Coordinator
Anudeep recently joined F&T as VDC Coordinator. He is currently working toward his Master's in Construction Administration from New York University and has 5 years of design and construction experience. Anudeep will be responsible for managing the Revit BIM platform environment and processes and will play a key role in the design delivery and design integration of all projects.
Fun Fact: Loves to travel and has a knack for photography, food, music, gaming, and sports.
