Harvard University: Commissary

F&T started a new project at Harvard’s building at 168 Western Ave in Boston, currently the building is being solely used by Swiss Bakers. The project will separate the building spaces for two (2) tenants, Swiss Bakers will remain as a building tenant and Harvard will use the new space as a commissary and prep/test kitchen. Sub metering will be used to track utility use by each tenant and an electrical service upgrade will likely be required. The building will receive a new elevator and gas fire heating equipment is being replaced with electrified equipment. The initial visit is complete, and the Schematic Design Phase has begun.
