F&T completed the Schematic Design Phase and reviewed pricing with the owner for which options to move forward with. F&T will shortly begin the Design Development phase for upgrade of building’s natural gas service, upgraded domestic hot water system utilizingnew heat exchangers, and shower modifications to reduce flow, increase pressure, and offer hot water for longer periods of time so student athletes can attend classes refreshed after practices.
