As a Senior Commissioning Project Manager, Scott J. Davidson brings more than 20 years of experience in commissioning, project management, and building systems, along with a deep understanding of energy efficiency, decarbonization, and retro‑commissioning. With a Master of Science in Facilities Management and a strong background in HVAC design, ASHRAE standards, and mechanical systems, Scott approaches every project with both technical excellence and an owner‑focused perspective. His experience leading complex projects across educational, residential, and commercial facilities allows him to deliver practical, high‑performing solutions that prioritize efficiency, comfort, and long‑term value—making this award a well‑deserved recognition of his expertise and impact.
