This week’s Throwback Thursday: Rollins Square Condominiums in Boston, Massachusetts!
Rollins Square is a 184-unit condominium community in the heart of Boston’s South End. Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided HVAC, electrical and plumbing/fire protection engineering services for the 440,000 square foot mixed-use residential complex, which was constructed for approximately $43,000,000.
Completed in 2003, the complex consists of four 4-to 6-story buildings in which the innovative design fits with Boston’s South End’s unique architectural history. The property includes a landscaped park, 6,000 square feet of retail space and an underground parking garage.
