Edward (Ted) L. Fitzemeyer, JR, PE

President
Ted has more than two decades of experience and is a leader in the engineering industry. As President, he has grown the firm and strengthened its competitive position within New England and the industry. He continues to take an active role in overseeing the design and management of all projects and to play a leadership role working with our clients. Ted is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers. He received a BS in mechanical engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

 

 

 

 


Scott LeClair

 Scott LeClair, PE, LEED AP

Principal
Scott is the overall supervisor of the project management teams and contributes to the design and management of all projects. He leads some of the firm’s multi-disciplined engineering groups and ensures that projects meet all client requirements. Scott focuses on healthcare and commissioning clients and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, the New England Healthcare Engineers Society, and the National Society of Professional Engineering. He is also a LEED accredited professional. He received a BS and MS in mechanical engineering from University of Maine, Orono.

 

 

 


 

Jeff Romeo

Jeff A Romeo, PE

Principal 
Jeff is the vice president of technical services and the director of the project management office for the firm.  In these roles he is responsible for the successful delivery and management of firm’s project and client portfolios.   His primary goal is to ensure the firm exceed our client’s expectations by delivering superior project leadership, technical excellence and innovative solutions.  Jeff is an industry expert and advocate for Lean principles and practices.  He has been quoted in Lean publications, authored blogs, lead client initiatives and actively involved in industry advocacy groups.  He is a licensed electrical PE in 10 states with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering and A.S. in Electrical.  Jeff is currently attending the American Council of Engineering Companies Senior Executive Institute.

 

 


 

 Cathleen Jamieson

Associate Principal / VP of Finance & Administration

As Vice President of Finance and Administration, Cathleen leads F&T’s high-impact management support functions, including finance, HR, marketing and IT.  She contributes to our mission by being responsible for the creation, maintenance, and improvement of office systems and procedures.  This allows our office to function smoothly and efficiently and gives our engineering staff the freedom to continue providing superior service.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Providence College.
