Ryan McCarthy – Sr. Technical Specialist & Sr. Associate

Ryan has established himself as a trusted technical leader within the firm, consistently delivering high-level expertise, mentorship, and innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges. His promotion to Sr. Technical Specialist recognizes his technical excellence, while his advancement to Sr. Associate reflects his growing leadership role and long-term impact on F&T's success.

Anthony Chan – Electrical Project Leader 2

Anthony continues to demonstrate strong technical leadership, project ownership, and a commitment to mentoring others. Since his promotion to Project Leader, he has successfully managed increasingly complex projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and client service. This advancement recognizes his continued growth as a leader within the electrical team. 

Alex Wood – Mechanical Project Leader 1 

Alex has continued to expand his technical capabilities while taking on increasing project leadership responsibilities. He has demonstrated his ability to own project delivery, collaborate effectively with clients and team members, and a commitment to quality. This promotion reflects his readiness to lead projects and contribute to the development of others. 

Liam Mone – Sr. Plumbing/Fire Protection Designer 2 

Liam has continued to strengthen his technical skills while taking on greater responsibility within the Plumbing and Fire Protection group. His proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to delivering quality work have contributed significantly to project success. This promotion recognizes his continued growth and contributions to the firm. 

Logan Cabral – Sr. Electrical Designer 2 

Logan has continued to elevate his technical expertise while serving as a dependable contributor across a variety of projects. His attention to detail, commitment to quality, and collaborative approach have made him an integral part of the electrical team. This promotion reflects his ongoing professional development and growing impact. 

Ryan Abbotoni – Sr. Mechanical Designer 1 

Ryan has consistently demonstrated strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to take on new challenges. His dedication to continuous improvement and reliable project execution has made him a valued member of the mechanical team. This promotion recognizes his professional growth and expanding contributions. 

Rodolfo Pilade – Sr. Mechanical Designer 1 

Rodolfo has made a meaningful impact through his technical performance, positive attitude, and commitment to supporting both project teams and clients. He consistently delivers high-quality work and has continued to broaden his capabilities within the mechanical discipline. This promotion reflects the growth and value he has brought to F&T.
