Robert Brown, IT Manager

We are pleased to welcome Rob Brown to F&T as our new IT Manager. Rob brings more than 15 years of experience in technology leadership and IT operations, with expertise spanning Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and supporting hybrid work environments.

Throughout his career, Rob has helped organizations strengthen their technology foundations while embracing innovation. He has also led the adoption and governance of AI-enabled tools, helping teams leverage emerging technologies to improve efficiency and productivity. Rob holds a degree in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys staying active year-round. He plays and referees in an innertube water polo league, spends the winter snowboarding, and takes to the trails for mountain biking when the weather warms up.

Steven Lafferty, Electrical Designer

We are thrilled to officially welcome Steve Lafferty to the F&T team as a full-time electrical Designer!Steven first joined F&T as a Co-Op while pursuing his degree in Electrical Engineering. During his time with us, he gained valuable experience working within the MEP industry, developing his skills in Revit and expanding his knowledge of power and lighting systems through a variety of project assignments. His strong technical abilities, curiosity, and eagerness to learn quickly made him a valued member of the team.

Now, after earning his degree, Steven is beginning the next chapter of his career at F&T. We are excited to see him continue to grow as an engineer and contribute to the success of our clients and projects.

When he’s not working, Steven enjoys working out, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
