As construction continues at the Village at Technology Hill in Londonderry, New Hampshire, the residential component of the development is beginning to take shape as a key element of the project’s live-work vision. Fitzemeyer & Tocci is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering services for the residential portion of the development. Our team is working closely with project partners to deliver building systems that support occupant comfort, energy efficiency, life safety, and long-term operational performance across the community.
