Q&A
Can you share a brief overview of what you do at the company?
I’m a project manager! It’s my job to make sure the engineers have all of the information they need while simultaneously staying in contact with our clients to make sure their needs are met. Congruently, I need to make sure the project stays within the limits of our budget.
What inspired you to join our team, and what has been your journey so far?
With a degree in Engineering and some experience in sales, the combination of engineering oversite and a client facing role was attractive to me. Ever since I have joined F&T, my priority has been getting to know the company and how it functions. Simultaneously, I have been working on improving my engineering knowledge and how to properly communicate with F&T’s valued clients
What are some of the most rewarding aspects of your job?
Collaboration is the best part of this job. Whether that is working through an engineering issue with the F&T team, or listening to concerns and questions from a client, collaboration to get things done and answered is important to my role.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I would say I have a variety of hobbies. I love to ski in the winter and golf and hike in the summer. I also love to cook and travel to new destinations whenever I get the chance.
