On July 6th, Fitzemeyer & Tocci (F&T) proudly celebrated 65 years of engineering excellence and unwavering commitment to client success. Since our founding in 1961 by Edward Fitzemeyer and Arthur Tocci, F&T has stood as a trusted partner to owners, architects, and builders, delivering practical, resilient, and energy-efficient engineering solutions grounded in real-world needs and long-term value. 

From our early roots as a mechanical engineering practice, we’ve evolved into a full-service engineering and construction management firm supporting healthcare, academic, science & technology, and institutional clients nationwide. Guided by an “Owner’s Engineer” philosophy, we integrate technical leadership with a deep understanding of owner’s needs to optimize outcomes across complex facilities. 

Over the decades, F&T has expanded its services and expertise, adding electrical engineering, fire protection, life safety, building optimization / commissioning, and construction management services. Most recently, F&T introduced AI-MEP, providing advanced software development and expert consulting services.  Today, with three locations and a team of more than 50 professionals, we continue to push boundaries in design excellence and client care.
