Fitzemeyer & Tocci Joins Efficiency Maine Program

Fitzemeyer & Tocci Pre-Approved as a Technical Assistance Provider under the Efficiency Maine Commercial and Industrial Custom Program

Efficiency Maine offers significant incentives for energy efficiency and combined heat and power projects to commercial and industrial (C&I) customers in the State of Maine through the C&I Custom Program.  As an approved Technical Assistance (TA) Provider, Fitzemeyer & Tocci will develop the statement of work, energy savings analyses and project cost estimates necessary under the C&I Custom Program application to apply for your incentive. In addition, Efficiency Maine may provide up to 50% of the cost of an approved TA Study, up to $20,000 to offset the study cost.

The Efficiency Maine C&I Custom Program is designed to leverage private investment to achieve electrical and thermal energy savings. Funding levels range from a minimum of $10,000 to a maximum of $1 million per customer, or up to 50% of the total project costs.  In some cases, incentives can exceed $1 million per customer through a multi-year incentive.

Fitzemeyer & Tocci has been pre-approved to provide TA services for the following technologies:

1. Combined Heat and Power

2. Boiler Systems

3. Fan Systems

4. Pumping Systems

5. Complex HVAC
