F&T is collaborating with T.G. Gallagher on a vital project for Harvard University: the replacement of an air handling unit. This air handler is crucial for maintaining the delicate environment of an off-site preservation library located at 90 Mt. Auburn Street. This library is a center for the meticulous restoration and preservation of historic books, requiring precise control of temperature and humidity. Through a design-build approach, F&T and T.G. Gallagher are working together to ensure that the new system meets the exact standards necessary to support the ongoing preservation processes in this sensitive space.
