Derek Day, Mechanical Project Leader 4 

Derek’s passion for mentorship, innovation, and operational excellence has made a lasting impact across our teams. From developing a comprehensive HVAC design guide to leading AI-driven engineering initiatives and managing major healthcare projects for UMass Healthcare and Southern NH Medical Center, Derek exemplifies what it means to be The Owner’s Engineer.

Julie Dam, Project Manager 

Julie has been a driving force in strengthening collaboration and client relationships across F&T. Her leadership in mentoring PM co-ops, leading PMO process improvements, and managing key municipal and private sector clients reflects her commitment to growth, accountability, and excellence.
