Yaju Chauhan, LEED AP

Sr. Market Leader

We are pleased to introduce Yaju Chauhan, who recently joined F&T as a Senior Market Leader and Associate Principal. We are excited to welcome Yaju and look forward to the leadership, insight, and technical excellence he brings to our clients and project teams.

Yaju brings more than 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering, critical infrastructure, and project leadership across pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, and other complex environments. In his role, he will lead strategic market growth initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding the development of high-performance, sustainable engineering solutions.

Throughout his career, Yaju has led cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of complex projects, from concept through commissioning, with deep expertise in HVAC systems, building automation, and critical environment controls. His experience also includes advancing decarbonization strategies and driving energy-efficient solutions across large-scale facilities.
